Guild of Music Supervisors First Annual Awards Brunch

Music Industry News recently reported on the first annual Guild of Music Supervisors Brunch scheduled for the morning of the Grammy Awards, Sunday, February 13th, 2011.

The Guild of Music Supervisors, following the Recording Academy’s inclusion of Music Supervisors as voting members, was developed by an elite group of music supervisors who committed themselves to forming a guild. Since then, this group and others have been diligently working on behalf of the craft of music supervision. 

On Sunday February 13, 2011, The Guild will celebrate the work of Music Supervisors on 2010 Grammy-nominated soundtracks during their Guild of Music Supervisors Brunch.  The first Guild of Music Supervisors Award will be voted on by members of The Guild and awarded to the Best Music Supervision in Film, TV, Games and Trailer.
